Introduction
JConsole6: (June 2015) JConsole6 represented another major paradigm change; the move from a monochrome LCD to a color LCD. With that improvement was the need to move to a more powerful MCU; from the MSP430g2553 to the MSP430f5529.
Even though both were 16 bit MCUs the MSP430f5529 had a faster CPU and more flash memory for complex
color games. This is also where the I got the idea of "pixel printing" objects. An algorithm was used to determine the colors of pixels in a buffer. This data in the buffer was then rendered on the LCD as a sprite.
